Our Subdivision

We are a neighborhood of 155 homes located in East Cobb along the bank of Sewell Mill Creek. The first homes were built around 1980. Our Civic and Full members enjoy a wide variety of social activities and access to a recreation facility, which includes a beautiful new commercial-grade playground, basketball court, soccer field and nature trails. In addition to this, the Full members enjoy year-round play on two lighted tennis courts and summer fun in our swimming pool, complete with full-time lifeguard and two diving boards. Memorial Day 'Flick & Float' Celebration

Members are welcome to join at the pool on Sunday, May 27th beginning at 6pm. We will share supper, and then watch a movie in the pool when the sun goes down! All ages are welcome!

Brookcliff will provide BBQ, drinks and dessert, but all are encouraged to bring a dish to share based on your last name:

A-G: Fruit or Salad

H-M: Appetizer

N-Z: Chips & Dip

If you are interested in swimming for the East Cobb Titans this summer, please visit www.ecst.swim-team.us. Kids ages 5-18 are invited, and they especially need boys 5-6 and girls and boys 15-18. Experience is not required. Meets will be on Mondays!

9 Brookcliff swimmers placed in the Top 10 in the Cobb County Championships last summer, and 1 young man placed 2nd at State!

Just a friendly reminder that you must submit all exterior changes for approval prior to beginning construction or major landscaping. We don't want you to spend time and money on something that you may have to later remove. For more information, see our Covenants.

New to the neighborhood, have a new addition to the family? If you are a Creekshire, Outside, or Brookcliff Full or Civic member not receiving monthly email updates, please complete the directory update form today. Paper flyers will no longer be delivered on a monthly basis. Thanks for helping us save time, paper and money!

The Brookcliff Property Owners' Association is a permanent membership association. The appearance and use of all property in Brookcliff Subdivision is governed by the Protective Covenants and Restrictions document. All exterior color/veneer changes, construction, re-landscaping, etc. must be approved by the architectural control committee. The Covenants Committee is in place to review current covenants and by-laws and make recommendations to the Board of Directors for any proposed changes. This committee will also review violations of covenants and by-laws give notice as needed. If you would like to help with this committee, please contact chairperson Molly Fraher at 770-565-7913.

We hope members will find this website a helpful source of information for all that is going on in our neighborhood. Please let us know if there is anything else you would like to see here. We welcome photographs, family updates and good news about the young people in our community.
